Currently, I am working with Clariant Chemicals India Ltd. for Summer Internship Project.
My Project guide wants me to do study on comparative analysis on Training & Development, she has asked me to prepare a questionnaire for the same.
I am pretty new to this subject also i have very less understanding on this topic.
Request you all to please help me formulate the Questionnaire.
In the study we want to understand the functioning of the T&D department, what are the various training programs, how many training institutes offer such training programs, identify the trainers for various programs, etc.
Request all of you to kindly help me. Your suggestions could make impact on my project.
