I have joined an organization this month as Executive HR. The CEO of the company has asked me to write an ASSET MANAGEMENT POLICY for laptops, data cards, cellphones, headsets, etc. Can anyone please share some policies on the same? It would be a great help for me.

By the way, what is your designation? The management of the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) is the Store's responsibility. Secondly, you need to have an asset codification manual as well. You should develop this manual in-house. To create this manual, you need to form a committee comprising personnel from Purchase, Technical/Ops, Commercial, Administration, Finance/Accounts, etc.
