Dear Seniors,

I am working as a core HR in Dialuz.com,now we have almost 8 requirement here we are not using any king of portals and management is not ready to pay for that.

I am working here from 1.5 years and i closed almost 25 positions in this period by using free job site and references etc.

Now i am facing difficulties to close the requirements especially for sales.

Can you please help me in this by giving advice or any other help.

Requirement : Business Development Executives

Experience: 0-4 years.

Job Description:

1) Responsible for developing new business opportunities by selling companies online / offline solutions.

2) Responsible for interacting with potential customers to provide end to end online solutions to Corporate & SME.

3) Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance.

Requirement :Tele Marketing Executives

Experience: 0-3 years.

Job Description:

Handling Outbound calls.

Create understanding/awareness about the product/services.

Fixing the appointments

Hi Swathi,
I appreciate that you have closed 25 positions without using any portal. But you can definitely use your personal social networking accounts on Linkedin, Facebook, CiteHR etc to find out good candidates.
Also you try to convince your management to spare some budget for recruitment because just filling a position is not important, it should filled with a right candidate, and nothing comes for free. If they are not ready to invest first, you can get to the option of consultants wherein you will be paying after the person joins in.
The other resort is Internal Employee Referrals. This is the best source to get the good and willingful candidates.

Approach colleges (BBA/MBA). They would be more than happy.

Another cheap way is to have very simple pamphlets (500 pamphlets for only Rs 200/- general cost) and get them pasted outside college
SMS marketing (20 paise/sms) to fresh graduates in your area.
