We as an HR come accross lot of queries ; issues which are sometime very general & sometime difficult to be answered. Latter circumstance occurrs when we don't have policies in place.
To build & maintain a hygienic system policies need to be implemented and not just implemented but also ensured by HR team that its being followed ás well.
