what is your current procedure for bifurcation of salsry, do share that, which will help others in the forum to understand and help you to address your query. Because CTC breakup differs from org to org.

Dear..
The Professional tax is not related to central, the concern company registration is done with the sales tax authorities and the tax deducted from the employees(not paid by employer). In Andhra Pradesh the calculations as follows.
150001-20000 150/-
20001 and above 200/-

I have another quay... now my comp ave small strength like upto 15, and everybdy take full amount of salry homepay, and we have shwn PF & Gratuity in CTC bt it not deducted from salary just total amount paid to staff, is it ok or not,
