Hi all, i have a 3 years of gap between my year of passed out and the 1st job. since i got married as soon as passed out from college i was'nt able to work. but now iam working for a domestic BPO. so if i wanna try for mncs like tcs, citi...would it be a problem. because it is a basic social problem faced by most of the women in south. will they consider this as genuine reason??

Yes, that will be a good enough reason and you don't need to be excessively worried about it.
The way to look at it is, it is something that you need to explain to your recruiters but it is something you can easily explain. Don't be in unnecessary pressure over the gap.
