Dear Colleagues,
Please help on below topic urgently, i have attend the interview shortly i had cleared 1 st round for BUSINESS HR for a well known pharma company.
1- PHARMA INDUSTRY STRUCTURE, BUSINESS MODEL, HOW IT RUNS, MARKETTING STRATEGY, HOW IT RUNS BUSINESS AND GENERATE PROFIT.
2- AS BUSINESS HR- (A) ANALYSIS OF MANPOWER IN PHARMA, RETENTION STRATGEY AND DIFFERENT PLANS

(B) PROPOSAL AND STRATGEY AS BUSINESS HR FOR HOW TO RUN THE BUSINESS.

(C) DIFFERENT MOTIVATION PROGRAMME FOR EMPLOYEE ESPECIALLY MARKETTING STAFFS
(D) EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

1- PHARMA INDUSTRY STRUCTURE, BUSINESS MODEL, HOW IT RUNS, MARKETTING STRATEGY, HOW IT RUNS BUSINESS AND GENERATE PROFIT.

pharma industry structure runs on the material management and the reduction of working hours. the marketing strategy depends up on the quality and facility of the company like Gmp,cGmp , EDQm, and USFDA.. the saving of material and the manpower will generate profit. with this the manufacturing cost of the drug will reduce then the selling cost will be high then the company can produce hi profits

(A) ANALYSIS OF MANPOWER IN PHARMA, RETENTION STRATGEY AND DIFFERENT PLANS

other than the high MNC company all the pharma APIs are depend on the manpower based . the working hours of the man power depends on the batch processing hours so the planing should be minim usage of wastage of manpower. to maintain the manpower we should have different plan of facilitates and benefits to employees to retain the position

(B) PROPOSAL AND STRATGEY AS BUSINESS HR FOR HOW TO RUN THE BUSINESS.

1. Exam in the gaps of the employee requirement and provide some compensation benefits like production instance LTC advance facility and other requirements like providing lunch and night shift and other allowance so that the employees can contribute much to words the improvement of the company

(C) DIFFERENT MOTIVATION PROGRAMME FOR EMPLOYEE ESPECIALLY MARKETTING STAFFS

providing intensities. targets..allowances equally comfortable with the other compatriots.. training and refreshment programs regularly . etccc

(D) EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

employes should be engaged with the completable work load and he should feel the satisfaction for work and her should be trained that his growth is the growth of the organization.

i could send u a few suggestion i know it is not sufficient because it is a vast subject, it can not be completed with few lines.. i think it might give u a out like idea ..
