Hi, I need some suggestion to move to IT. I have been working as a tech support in BPO sector from last 8 years. Planning to go for SAP BI or reporting tool. Is that suitable and do there any possibilities to find a suitable job.

Please suggest which IT field will be suitable. I was in tech support but tired of shift and want to have normal shift timings with a Career growth in IT industry. I assume SAP BI would be good since I have knowledge to create records (reporting tool) and believe that this might be suitable. Please suggest if you find something better.
