Hi How set up a HR Process for an IT ISO 9001:2008 company ? What all documents we need ? Can any one guide me ....
As per ISO 9001:2008 Training process is mandatory. All the records relevant to training should be recorded & maintained.
For each & every Template/Record you prepare you should give document control number, version number etc..
Apart from training any other documents you prepare you should have standard templates accordingly.

Thanks for your reply.. but I want some more details bcz I am working in a ISO certified company where I need more info to set up process .. Like for recruitment what the docs we need to maintain , For performance Appraisal what we need....? Like this .. If you can help on this please......Thanks

In ISO Certification they had included onlu Training and Development. They had not included recrutiment, PA.etc.
