Hi Instead of locking the folder you shall zip the same with password protected. While unzipping use the same password to open the same.

Uploading a document is not just uploading, but sharing, which I believe won't be protected. If it is a copyright-marked document, then it will be automatically protected, and the team at Cite.Co always takes care of ensuring "No unauthorized access and use of any copyright document/material" is posted or uploaded without the permission of the owner (if required). If someone does such an act, it will be treated as a violation of Cite.Co's rules. The rest is up to your community, a knowledge-based place to share and learn.
