Dear Team,
Greetings for the day!!!!!!!!
I am Anupam Tripathi. I have recently joined the manufacturing Industry before that I were working with Corporate. In this chemical industry there is no department called HR. I have given responsibility to set the HR department.
So it is my sincerely request to you guys please help me to set up the department and let me know from where I will start my process. First of all I want to share the ideas that I have.
(1) To set the policies for staff (Set) and worker (Don't idea, if you guys please help)
(2) Attendance (Biomatric Installation)
(3) Salary for staff( Openeed salary account in bank) and workers (Paying in cash, want to pay them through cheque but how)
Please help for the above points and let me know if there is any thing that I can do for the company.
