Seeking Employment After Termination Due to Fraud Allegations

My question is: How can an employee who is terminated under the fraud section secure a good job? The company has issued a termination notice with fraud allegations that I never agreed to. I do not have the resources and do not want to get involved in the legal complications to fight against the company. As a woman, I want to search for a good job without showing experience from this company in the future. Can anyone discover my last company and the fraud allegations? Can they trace my details through my PAN card number? Please guide!

There are two answers to all queries:

"How can an employee who is terminated under the Fraud section get a good job?"

Professionally Speaking:

An employee terminated under the Fraud Section will never get a good job. Think for a moment, no company will give another chance to him/her to commit fraud again?

Personally Speaking:

Forget bad things, start with a very small company and grow up.

"The company has given the termination notice with Fraud allegations which I never agreed to. I do not have resources and do not want to get involved in the legal complications to fight against the company."

1. No company terminates without a strong reason because everyone is aware of the strength of labor laws, so this point may not be justified.

2. If you believe something is wrong and want to fight against the company, there are no more formalities; simply file a complaint in labor court. They will automatically call your company with evidence of any such fraud.

Being a girl, I want to search for a good job without showing experience of this company in the future.

Can anyone find out about my last company and the fraud?

1. You must show the work tenure of your last organization, and if you hide it, how will you justify the gap? However, if you get a job without showing your experience, in the future, it is possible that you may share your experience with your current company colleagues. That could lead to a very dangerous situation.

2. Personally - No comment.

"Can they trace my details through my PAN card number?"

1. No one can access your personal details except for some specific information.
