I m finished MCA, but now i m working in IT company as a Operations and HR dept Manager, if i quit this job and try to find out next job in same field (HR and operations).,

My qualifications is MCA, is it Issue on next job?
Shall i go MBA(One yr studies) its need or not now for my profile?

How long have you been working as an HR Manager ? Please share some more details about your role and span of control.
There are many manager who have worked in HR from different functions. Inter vertical switch is normal, as long as you are confident of your basics.
