I used to work for a company that deals with cars, but some days ago, I left the job. Now, I am looking to withdraw my PF, but the HR department is not being helpful. Can I release the PF amount by directly applying to the PF authority in our area?
Please assist me.

In your case, you can directly apply for PF withdrawal. You have to download Form 19 and 10 C from the EPF website, fill out both forms, and have the Bank Manager of your bank sign at the place of the employer. Then, submit both forms with a cancelled cheque at the PF office.

If the organization has not paid the PF contribution, even though the company had paid all contributions up to five years ago and is now not paying the PF contribution, can I still withdraw my paid PF after resigning from the company? Can I receive my paid PF even if the company has not paid one year's worth of PF contributions?
Thank you.
