Hi My Name Is Tejas My PF Account No TH THA 45227/11079. I left my previous job in June 30th 2011 and after 2 months exactly on september 19th i called my previous company in which i was working and filled up the form to withdraw pf attached revenue stamps and signed. Unfortunately i did not took a photocopy of that. since 19th september till today haven't received any information/acknowledgement of what's the status of pf whether claim received under process nothing. can anyone guide me what should i do now? thanks in advance...
