Reminder to Adhere to Company Policies
My company is in the real estate sector. Here, people are not following general policies such as the attendance policy and lunch hour policy. I have been asked to draft a warning letter reminding everyone to adhere to the rules and regulations.

Do you want a format for the same? Are your policies documented and distributed to all? Are the employees aware of such rules and policies? If all the above-mentioned circumstances hold true, then issue a general circular first. If the issue continues, conduct a session for all employees for re-induction (department-wise or in parts, without affecting workflow) to explain the same.
If the issue persists, issue a warning letter first, followed by disciplinary action.
Thank you.

Dear Garima, First of all, is there a written HR manual in the company? If yes, you can refer to the article number/page number/section number (whichever applies). If no, then you have to provide the employees with the scheduled timings.
