One of our client has put forward one query ----- that security/ ward and watch has not been mentioned in any notification issued by Delhi state and they are not entitled for minimum wages... we are not able to search on net either... that they should be covered under which category, unskilled or semi skilled????... Please help us getting the copy of that notification which will satisfy our client's query.
