Any one has just crossed his ESIC limit of 15000/, how he can continue with ESIC, if he wants to pay contribution from his own.

In case salary i.e. Gross monthly is increased and crossed Rs. 15000/- during the contribution period, the employee continue to be covered under ESIS till the end of that contribution period and cease to be de-covered under ESIS from next contribution period.
There are two contribution periods of six months. One starts on 1st April and another starts on 1st October.
