Do as I said. First thing, it's not Annexure 11, it is Annexure II.

1. Upgrade your old E return tool version 4.0 to 5.0.
2. Go to reports - there you will find the option to generate Annexure II file for uploading on the ECR portal.
3. If your data is insufficient, it will show in Part B; fill in the data.
4. If Part B is blank, then your data is correct.
5. Generate the Annexure II text file and upload it to the ECR portal.
