Dear Jadhav,
First of all, the first employee named SANTAJIRAO, his father's name should be ABASAHEB instead of BABASAHEB.
The last row, i.e., Reason for leaving, should have a width of 1.
The gender column should also have a character width of 1 or spacing of 1.
Why, after employee 192 named Santosh, have you started writing "MR." before their name? It is not required.
Please correct the above mistakes, and then let me know if you are still having trouble uploading the file.

The simple and straightforward way to overcome this problem is: firstly, download ECR Version 5.0 from the EPFO site and then open it. You will find a simple option to fill in all the data. After filling in the data, you will generate a CVC file and upload it.

You have to ensure that there are no ".", "," or any other symbols, and make sure there is no space before the name or after the name.
Also, check the instructions that are provided online in PDF form for uploading Annexure II.
