Queries Regarding PF Records
I have some queries regarding PF. Please guide me because I need it.
The first query is that the Date of Joining (DOJ) and other new joining details are not showing in our PF ECR for the month of July 2012, while we are contributing their PF contribution regularly. Is their record updated or not in the PF department? If not, what should I do?
The second query is that the Date of Leaving of some employees who left the company on 20th Jan 2013 was not mentioned in the ECR for the month of February 2013. While they are not showing in the ECR of March 2013, what would be the Date of Leaving of those employees?
I am waiting for your valuable advice.

For your first query, if you have missed the joining details in ECR, then the same will not be disclosed. At the same time, all the data for newly joined and left employees will be shown separately below the existing employees.
For the second query, if by mistake you have not updated the details of the left employee for the pertaining period, then you should download Annexure II from the EPF website for the missing employees and submit the same.

Thanks, Mr. Jeevarathnam ji, for showing interest in my post. I have already submitted the details of missing employees in Annexure II. In that list, I updated the details of newly joined employees. However, the name of the person whose details were missed due to an error was not appearing in the list provided on the EPF website. What does this mean? Is the EPF record of that person updated or not?
