Recently, we have recruited many fresh BE & MBA graduates into the company. After the quarterly appraisal, we found that many people are lacking the knowledge of being "professional." Hence, we conducted basic interaction programs for them. The summary of these sessions is attached in parts for your reference.

Now attached herewith is the Third Part. Hope it will be useful to all.

I have been following your posts on professionalism and find them very useful for an HR supervisor (like myself) to share with our managers for self-assessment without compromising their professional pride. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you, Shailendra, for your valuable input. I am a corporate trainer, and I have noticed that people often confuse work and professionalism. It is indeed a great support. Keep up the good work!
