Dear Friends,
Recently we have recruited many fresh BE & MBA's in the company. After quarterly appraisal we have found many people are lacking the knowledge of being "professional”. Hence, we had conducted basic interaction programs for them. The summary of these sessions I am attaching in parts for your reference. Now attached herewith Seventh & Last Part.
Hope it will be useful to all.

Hello Mr Shailendra Deshpande,
Your attachment highlights KINDNESS, RESPECT and INTEGRITY
as the group of values that one should imbibe to be professional.
Very impressive.
In our life DOs and DON'Ts play an important part together.
As much as we try to know the DOs, the knowledge of DONT's is also essential.
Values given above cover the DOs.
A peep is required at the DON'Ts also.
If I may add, shedding Prejudices and Bias would help in going a long way in
establishing Professionalism.

Dear Mr. Raghunathan,
Your point is noted & appreciated. I may include this point in future presentations.
I just not included Don't in any aspect because in my experience people are looking for more of Do's to understand & implement easily. It might be easy to convert Do's into Don't, for e.g. Do can be "Respect knowledge", and Don't can be "Don't be arrogant with your skills / knowledge you have gained". Hence personally I seen that today's people are looking for fast solutions / action steps. I will sincerely include your point in future. Thanks for valuable feedback.
Dear Mr. Karthik,
All previous 6 parts are in this site only. Requesting you to browse for thread with subject. I am sure you will find all the parts. If you need further assistance, then let me know.
Thank you.
