Hi All,
I am Kiran from Pune. I was working for one MNC Company. Due to Intigrity issue, I have been terminated from the company. Now they are not providing experience letter.
And we all know, without experience letter, I can\'t go for the other job.
Is this the right policy, what the HR Team is doing now?
Please help me.....
I truly disappointed when they said, HR team is not giving the experience letter.
Appreciate your help on this....

Dear Kiran,
You need to pls clear with us what was the issue and why were you terminated?
Has the Company asked you to resign or they have directly terminated you.
In case if the Company has terminated you then the Company will not issue you the Experience Letter.
If the Company has asked you to resign then all the formalities will be carried out as a usual process in case of resignation i.e. Notice period, Relieving Letter, Experience Letter..

Hi Ankit,
Thanks for the update.
Yeah.. While my Collegue has swiped out my ID Proxy card, the.security person saw him and sent a mail to my HR about the same.
After one week, our HR made a call to both of us and asked us to resign on the same day. But before getting the intimation from HR, I have self resigned my job. After sending the resignation mail to my HR, all the exit formalities have been closed in two days.
So this is a kind of, Company asked me to resign the job, which is second scenario in your above reply.
And as per your second scenario, we need to get the Experience letter also. But company is not providing the same. They are willing to give only Relieving letter.
Please help/suggest me to get my Experience letter also.
Thanks in advance
Kiran
