We are an SME and want to send one technical resource on-site to the UK. Our headquarters are based in the UK, and we need urgent help to understand what the latest rules are to apply for a work permit for a 3-month period. Which category, level of work permit, and what kind of visa would be applicable in this case?
Whether the client should send an invite, what is required of us to send an employee for a short period to work for a client in the UK?
