Dear Sneha,
SAP HR is well paying and promising. You have selected a techino-functional area to grow, opportunities are immense. However, please speak to the Hiring team at the firms hiring SAP freshers to know the real value to the certification.
The certification roughly requires you to attend a 40 day course and there after take the assessment . The assessment scores will declare if you are eligible to be certified or not .
There are campus placement, however reality may differ from the data that would be shared with you during the registration . There are many certified professionals who can share more views on this.
We are certain you will find the accurate information to decide. Wish you all the best !

recently i have gathered lot of info regarding sap hr....
please don't go for certification, go for company using sap environment..coz every tom dick harry looks for sap hr candidate with at least 2 yrs experiences and 1 implementation full cyle..You can check with ibm/tcs/accenture/genpact.
Moreover sap abap have more demand ...Tcs looks more of sap abap,...ibm looks for sap abap..this are no secret info, just check sap hr requirements in naukri/monster..
sap fresher market is very bad.and no one can guarantee you any job after that 20 days class costing 4 lakhs. I will not name the institutes , but they are the authorized sap partner. i went there personally, n spoke to them ...
I dont have any idea regarding the unauthorized training centers, who charge 30k-70k..
