The idea to upload this ppt was not for negativity.
But to identify the negativity.
I have read some where "If you want to catch hold of a thief, you have to think like a thief" similarly in an organisation many times people with such mentalities would come across.
It is important for everyone to identify and act proactive.

Dear Mr. Sudhir,
Its good and it is more of sarcastic. OK, you said it to identify negativity. But think, we need not try to identify. It is already there and peeps out more often than positivity. In deed, it is more spontaneous than positivity. I think the reverse would be fine. Let us try to identify what is positivie, instead of trying to identify negativity which is more spontaneous than the other in many ( may not be in all). Anyways, good and good luck.

But, Buddy, in the techniques you have outlined in your ppt, you have forgotton to mention about one but most powerful technique, called "Brain Storming". May be you might have thought it is for those who have brains.

In fact I had it some what similar probably was undercirculation for quite some time.
That is the reason I got an idea to prepare with negativities.
