I am left with a woman who specks no english from taking over a contract via stuff being on tupe she has only worked for the pervious company for 5 months how do i terminate her from our services many thanks jc

If her total service (including previous company) is less than one year, then you can make her redundant by following statutory procedures at no further cost to you. Make sure you follow the procedures.You can find the required information on the net.
