Will you please share your views and suggest if the company hires Security and Housekeeping agencies on roll.
What kind of legal things involves in this matter.

Let me make it more clear - we need housekeeping and security person for our company so we have decided to hire them by own -- instead of outsource them.
So just want to know is there any legal things need to full fill to have security and housekeeping on roll except the ESI / PF / Bonus and etc. benefits (like other employees)

In that case nothing special/extra/additional legal requirements you have to fulfill. You have to treat the employees of security and housekeeping as of other employees and same benefits and other allowance as applicable within your organization for employees in other department to be given to security and housekeeping employees
