Please prepare a circular about the Ayudha Pooji Celebration and with Time, date and venue of Pooja and place copy in the notice board and for senior staff please circulate the same through Office Boy or Messenger who is available in your office. For reference purpose you can get signature of the staff concerned in the bottom of the circular as they read and understood the content of the circular.
