Dear Friends,
I am looking for employee engagement programs/ initiatives/ projects that can be rolled out in my organisation(MNC). Currently we are having employee strength of 83, wherein 40 are from college hires, remaining 20 plus are experienced hires.
Though there is no attrition since 2 years, I woud like to have employee engagement Strategic initiatives / programs which keep them engaged throughout the year on the following categories
Pls help me out in strategic part of it.

You may like to kick start the process by conduct an Employee Engagement Survey. The survey results can then be used as the roadmap to design and implement the different engagement programs.
