This data is TOO OLD - the latest figures reflected are from 2004! In compensation management, any data that is two (2) years old is irrelevant and cannot help you in making market benchmarking. I saw Hewitt's 2009 study in the Middle East last year when I was working on a project in Riyadh, KSA. I have the 2009 market survey data from HayGroup and Charterhouse in the UAE, but I am not authorized to share them online.
