Both mean the same, more or less, as labor management involves industrial relations issues. Anyhow, see the difference, if any, in the content of the syllabus.

Choosing the Right Course for HR Professionals

Go for an MSW (Master of Social Welfare), which has a lot of demand and practical application, especially in manufacturing units. If you are looking for theoretical development in Human Resources, then a diploma or any HR courses would suffice.

When you already have six long years of experience, reading about it in books makes no sense, as most of it is entirely different from what you have read and what you have experienced. It's just like how fieldwork experience compares to sessions of PowerPoint presentations.

Agreed, everything we read is useful, but we should also consider whether we ever get an opportunity to realize where we exactly are and what we want, to apply what we know, and execute to the fullest. In the present day, we all know how relevant jobs are with educational qualifications!
