- HR generalist
- Maintaining employee records
- Statutory compliance

This is a major part of HR activities where records need to be maintained, including muster rolls, workmen registers, OT registers, fine & deduction registers, wage registers, advanced loan registers, damage & loss registers, ESI challans generation, ESI code numbers creation for employees, submission of ESI Form 13 to ESI hospitals every six months, ESI half-yearly returns, PF challans generation, PF account numbers creation for employees, PF amount withdrawal through Form 10 & 19, PF transfer to current PF numbers through Form 30, PF half-yearly returns, and providing PF loans for certain reasons.

- Payroll
- Generating payroll by calculating attendance
- Maintaining leave records
