Dear Varun,
You are coming under shops and establishments act because you are not involving into any manufacturing. As of now you are employee strength is 35 immediately you should register for ESI, PF also refer your state rules for registration under shops and establishments act.
Keep in mind if you all of your employee cross Gross Rs.15000/- you no need to apply for ESI.But you should enroll with PF immediately.
Call me if you need any help.

I agree mahesh Thanks for the input.
AS everywhere the practice of making pf compulsory to avoid such confusions in future. To give the benefit to an employee it is one best way to bring pf deduction which gives you IT deductions.
