I am working in a Hotel as HR Assistant in HR department. Now I want to get promotion. And I hear some where that PGDHRM is good for Top Job in HR. Is PGDHRM is good for Job in HR? and where I do this course without any fraud?

if you believe that can only degree give you the promotion and success in life, than you are at highly mistaken my dear.
Knowledge, skills, experience, good understanding of something and hard work always pays.
For example a student who read whole year books again and again and do practicals, get strong his/her knowledge, understanding of something by putting sincere efforts/ hardwork that enhance skills and gives a good success in exam. That can also be achieve by distance learning or while at working in your situation.
You are a working person, on a good position where you can have many chances to grow and learn to enhance your skills, to improve your understanding and knowledge of your work, to build and good future but if you feels that by doing just your work sincerely and getting a degree can get you the big success, than im sorry there are many people out there who also deserve the same they why you? think about it what are different in you and what qualities you have and required more to earn to get this promotion.
You said that you have heard that this PG Diploma can help you in getting promoted, what forget to share with us or i would say to ask yourself what actually you believe. SELF-REALIZATION is something that can put one from earth to heaven, can make any simple and normal person to something big and different or say special.
Never do something with using just your ears but to mind and using UKE (Understanding, Knowledge and Experience).
Guess i have said much and conveyed it very clearly to you and gonna work hopefully.
