Thats a good input It would be nice to show the efforts put by recruiter on how many sourced and for various positions and how many accepted offers and declined offers
How many candidates went till final round but didn't convert into offer these data will help in better planning for future requirements.

you got so many input from various sector.
basically i am from mfg unit. you can add many infromation like manpower out put ratios in the MIS report, which can result to find out the efficiency of the dept. team and the individuals.
