I will complete my PGDM course in May 2012. I am working as a Senior Executive HR in a media company. I want to learn something that will help in my career and also upgrade my skills. At the same time, I want to do some extracurricular activities like dancing and photography.

Diploma in Training & Development (ISTD)

I have come to know about the Diploma in Training & Development (ISTD). Will it help me in my HR professional career? I am interested in working in the areas of Organizational Development (OD) and Training & Development (TD). I have 5 years of experience in a generalist profile.

I am confused about what to do. Please help me and give your valuable suggestions.

Waiting for your reply.

Thanks & Regards,

I am working as a Senior Executive - HR in a generalist role in Mumbai. My responsibilities include maintaining leave attendance, handling joining and exit formalities, conducting inductions, performance appraisals, overseeing employee welfare, and ensuring statutory compliance.

Considering Further Education

I am also contemplating pursuing a diploma course despite already holding an MBA degree. Do you think it would be beneficial?

Thanks & Regards,
