Can someone from our family provide me the 'format of letter' which can be used to take signatures from employees who are separated from the company on account of severance (asked to leave cases)?
Note: I am looking for a format of letter wherein it states that there are no dues, and it would be icing on the cake if it has some legal sections mentioned in it. Also, please share a format of the 'Termination Letter' as well.
