I am working with HCL Infosystems LTD. for last 7 months in Lucknow(Uttar Pradesh).
I want to know the minimum wage(Uttar Pradesh) from 1st october'2011 to 31st march'2012 and from 1st April'2012 to 30th sept'2012 for this type of company which has more than 5000 employees all over India.

I am confused about Minimum Wage Act. As the Govt. announces the Rate. This rate is Daily Basis and monthly basis.
1. What is different between Daily and monthly basis Rates?
2. Is this Basic + DA= MW RATE ?
3. If a company is providing-> Basic, HRA,Medical, Conveyan, Special Allowance to any employee, then will the sum of all this will be equal to Minimum Wages Rate or we have to keep basic on this rate?
4. The Salary after deduction of PF will be equal to MW or the Gross salary would be in MW rate?
