Dear seniors, I am working in an Industrial Civil Construction Company, and I would like some information regarding the ESI & PF Act in Vadodara District, Gujarat.
1. Is the Vadodara District, specifically the villages of Nandesari & Halol, covered under the implemented area or non-implemented area in the ESI Act?
2. How do we calculate the ESI & PF amounts for our unskilled & skilled labor wages?
3. Our laborers are not permanent workers on our site. They work for only two to three months and then move to another company. Should we deduct their ESI & PF amounts?
4. What amounts are considered for PF & ESI calculations?
5. What is the minimum wage amount per day?
Please guide me as soon as possible.
