i am working currently in notice period in Wipro. My notice period is going to end on 30-3-2012 but i want to join in new company on or before 19-3-2012. The new recruiter is not allowing me join after 30-3-2012. In wipro there is no buyout option is available. kindly, suggest me a solution for the above problem and my career band in Wipro:Retainer(Contractor).

the most possible option is to pursue your new employer for only 12 more days time to you to join since it is difficult to convince your present employer to leave you early.

The new recruiter requested me to join on 19-3-2012 with out reliving paper due to project critical. can i join that company without relieving paper. If i join in that company then Wipro put me in absconding list and blacklist in NSR. In future can i get my relieving paper.
