Nowadays, the exchanges use the same mechanism of matching job and qualification requirements and arranging the interview. But they also need to be revamped according to the new requirements of the industry today and participate in selective private industries where private consultant companies are not effective. This is the area where both parties can have mutual benefit and increase the value for Indian colleges, youths, and professionals.

Frankly speaking, these Employment exchanges are not at all relevant in the present scenario. They are so outdated and outpaced in their setup that we don't expect any results from them. I myself have sent them the requirements for more than 100+ engineers (as a statutory requirement under Compulsory Notification of Vacancies for recruitment) for the last year, and I have also recruited engineers. However, to this date, I have not received any CVs or candidates from their office for these positions.
