One more thing, if any laborer whose salary is above 6500 at the time of joining, then which form needs to be filled out or what other procedures need to be considered. What is form K in relation to the above topic?

Dear Vikram,
Point No. 1: You have to display the ABSTRACT of the Contract Labour Act and also the minimum wages per day under the Contract Labour Act.
Point No. 2: No form is required because you do not entertain more before the Contract Labour Act as the Labour Officer will create problems.

After considering your point no. 2 and consulting other HR personnel, I received information that employees/labourers must fill out Form 11 (declaration form) if their salary/wages are above 6500 and they do not wish to be part of the PF act.
