I am working in a construction company in which we have not been deducting PF on more than daily wage Rs. 575 even worker had worked for 5 days or 6 days or he or she earned wages below 15000 and we fill up the form no. 11.

Please guide me if this practice is right or show me the clause so that my doubt would be clear.

Your question is not clear. Are you saying that you are feeling form 15 and not deducting PF even if the person is earning less than 15,000 a month?
