We are major contractors with M/s IOCL, BPCL.(growing stage) So we will do our project all over india by engaging new manpowers at time need... maximum we will carry out our project from 6 to 01 year...
So.. Employees those r in managerical grade are not bad in availing leave facilities ...but some low grade guys
even they r under company staff category not good in respective in all..
So far there is no HR Dept..now we planned to set up it as new...in mean time myself is to be deputed.
Major issues in my company is only nonstructural in leave format mgmt. so i need this format which should unveiling all datas of one at a stretch..i can able to develop if i get basic format.....
Please find attached Yearly Attendance record manually done, please note that there are softwares you can purchase that would do it for you which are connected to the punching system.
Please add more leaves according to your manual and add new names that’s all you need to do.
