Basically, you have to work on the number of patients he is attending on a daily basis, retention of patients, and new additions on a monthly basis. This includes monthly business going into that particular doctor's account - consultations, the cost of tests, surgeries, and prescribed medicines (if there is an attached pharmacy). Lastly, consider the feedback from customers.

Also, consider the number of awareness sessions organized, the business acquired as a result of these sessions, knowledge sharing among team members, team member retention, and their development.
