Hi Everyone,

I would like to know why the company prefers to hire experienced individuals rather than freshers. Unless the company gives opportunities to freshers, how will they gain experience? It has been a frustrating experience for me as I have spent one and a half years searching for a job in the finance sector. I have gained experience in HR Recruitment and am currently working as an Accountant cum Receptionist while actively seeking opportunities in the finance or accounts sector. I am still searching for a job in the same field. Please inform me of any openings available.

Thank you.

Hi,

Really well said. Without giving a job to freshers, how can they gain experience? I agree with you. I have a similar story. I completed my MBA in HR in 2010 but couldn't land a good HR job (only recruiter roles with very low pay). Currently, I have joined a software company in a quality role for financial support. I am also pursuing alternative courses to transition into a core HR job.

What can we do? Let's hope for the best!!!

Regards,
Santosh

Do you think that Recruitment is not a part of HR? Or the role of a recruiter is very low? Why someone will pay high to the Fresher...when they yet need to learn and get trained?
