Dear Arvind,
In your PPT, you have mentioned "Labour Contract" as between the Union and the Employer. However, a Labour Contract is a term used for an agreement between the Employer and the Employee. This agreement may be governed by the Settlement under the ID Act (18(1) - bipartite between Employer and Union or 12(3) - Tripartite entered in the presence of a Labour Officer).
