In our organisation, we have come up with this new role as our orgn is growing. It's an IT company having close to 2000 employees and going to grow to 5000 in next 2 years.
I want to understand about this role wrt role and responsibility. Also, whom this person should have strong reporting to ? Is it Business Head or HR-Head?
Pls give your views asap as we are going to freeze role and responsibilities and reporting structure of this role.
As per our understanding, this role has to perform all the functions of Hr (perf mgt,emp engagement, mobility, compensation etc) except recruitment.
